Security Vulnerability Disclosure.
Security is fundamental to the trust our customers place in Netbeam.
If you believe you've discovered a security vulnerability affecting a Netbeam product, platform, website, or service, we'd like to hear from you.
- To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- A description of the issue
- Affected product, service, or URL
- Steps to reproduce
- Any supporting evidence, screenshots, or proof of concept
- Your contact details
We aim to acknowledge vulnerability reports within five business days.
Responsible Disclosure
We ask security researchers to:
- Act in good faith and comply with applicable laws
- Avoid accessing customer data or disrupting services
- Give Netbeam reasonable time to investigate and remediate the issue
- Avoid public disclosure until a fix or mitigation has been agreed
Our Process
Every report is reviewed by our security and engineering teams.
Where a vulnerability is confirmed, we will assess its impact, develop a remediation plan, and provide updates throughout the process. Where appropriate, Netbeam may publish a security advisory to help customers understand any actions required.
