Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Operations
- Define and lead the IT strategy for internal and external systems
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals
- Drive system integration, business continuity, and disaster recovery
Internal Systems & Support
- Manage desktop infrastructure, end-user devices, and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- Oversee Wi-Fi and network connectivity across all locations
- Lead the IT service desk and end-user support services
- Implement training and cybersecurity awareness programs
Customer-Facing Technology
- Ensure robust, secure, and user-friendly customer platforms (web, apps, portals)
- Drive digital transformation to enhance customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage a cross-functional IT team (support, systems, devs, engineers)
- Develop vendor relationships and manage service delivery
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders on IT initiatives
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Oversee servers, storage, cloud services, and network infrastructure
- Lead IT architecture design and SaaS/cloud adoption
- Enforce cybersecurity best practices and protocols
Budget & Cost Management
- Develop and manage the IT budget
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, networking, and cybersecurity
- Track record of delivering large-scale IT projects and digital transformation
- Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ERP, CRM systems
- Certifications like ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred)
